Best Oscar Dress

I wasn’t particularly wowed by the dresses at the Oscars this year.  I think they have a tendency to look so ‘samy’ and don’t really say much about the person wearing them.  This was my favourite.  At least it had something interesting going on with the pleated ruffles at the shoulder.
